Now that could be worth a photo.

I'm guessing you guys won't be at JGs till around 10 which will give me plenty of time to get my stuff together so I'll see you a little after that.
Hope the weather clears up or I'll bring the bus.

SR, a very successful day for me, got all the jobs done that needed doing (no shims needed for me)
A massive thanks to Dave and Ian who done all the work while i ate cake, drank coffee and rolled fags, and a special thanks to Ian for using his big specialist tool on my pipes, opens them up nicely and now makes a lovely sound
Pics to follow A.S.A.P.
Cheers

All went well until I realised oil was dripping from front of filter housing nipped it up and still leaked!! Fished around in the old oil and found the small 'o' ring and sleeve I didn't realised it had fell out

So took housing off and luckliy there was only about a cup full of oil came out!!!
His tappets were fine. As were all his bearings

Did my tappets and the middle inlet on No1 was 10 thou out so worked dout which one we needed and out of 30 we had there wasn't a 165 there

So Kaustic volunteered to go to Bury 25mile round trip to pick one up for me

Checked Kaustic bearing and they were all fine too

Thanks to Catty who helped with the tech side of tappets

Had a good larf and scoffed far to much cake and bacon rolls also drunk too much coffee so was a great day

Dapleb I'll send all the shims back on Monday recorded

After a great day of eating cake, bacon rolls and interfereing with other peoples bikes I had another crap ride home on the same roads sticking to cars infront as the lights on ,,,,,never mind you know about the headlights.
Had to stop off at Tescos to get Calpol and menthol sweets for the misses and kids. How I managed to get the dinner down that Mandi made I don't know after cake overload. YES IT IS POSSIBLE. I'm struggling to get a lager down.
So I'm now home, house full of sick and dying people (and I'm gonna have to give watching Trevor and Dan playing a miss) watching friggin X factor.
Where's the photos you lot?

I stopped at sainsbury to get fuel and shake hands with the unemployed while Kris carried on.
Finally got going only to hit a massive queue of traffic on the A11 and the sight of flashing blue lights in the distance
Then came that sick feeling in the pit of my gut
Filtered down the middle and to put a smile on my face, there was Kris safe and sound at the front waiting for an accident to be cleared.
Rolled a fag, had a few drags and was then waved through by Policeman.
That was the last i saw of Kris but hope he got home ok, i did but with damn cold fingers (summer glove = no good in winter)
Just ordered pizza so all good now
Cheers
