I put 2 holiday forms in today, one for May where a few of us are planning Germany onto Alps, The second for the July RTT.
May has been thrown out and July is under discussion.

I always thought employees could give notice and choose holiday periods? Not in a Garden Centre.

Best of luck with this one, Cats - the length of notice you are giving and the fact that it is away from school and bank hols makes it seem unfair to say the least!

I hope you can get it sorted as you will be a real asset to the team and I am sure you will enjoy the IoM!

Pete

p.s. can you not say it is research into new product ranges?

I'm a highly probable (+1), I have the leave arranged but no ferry yet,

Sadly I'll not be partaking of the Bunkhouse, as I'm bringing a mate who has blagged us FOC accomodation nearby (friends house with cooked brekkie each day!). He has several bikes (apparently they're investments - well that's what he tells his wife) and will likely be on a KTM 690SMC, so we're exploring vans or trailers as options, hence no ferry yet.

Plans also complicated by house sale (due to Exchange tomorrow) with a property developer with completion end June (but could be earlier), all very stressful and not yet finalised, but I'll sure be grateful for the week in IOM by then!! wink.gif

I'm definately not coming. Working that week and can't justify the cash or using summer leave on a bike trip when the family holiday is at the end of July.

And frankly a bit

Can I get a large print version of this thread please?
