ok if its not to late i would also like to add my name to this event. If the accom is already booked its np as i can always sort my own out for the above dates.

But i would advise ppl look at gel seat's tongue.gif as your rear end will be chiselled by the time you get there.

And lets pray for some dry hours in Scotland rotflmmfao.gif .

I'm defo still up for this one. I've got a long weekend pass.
I'm a bit worried that my Wife didn't put up a fight or even use it a leverage for something else.
I didn't have to badgrock.gif her much or go around sulking.
"You are bound to have another accident" she said "You can go" good.gifwub.gif

I'll book accomodation by Friday.
3 am is about right as a start time.

I've two mates who are interested. One is in a FZ1 the other a Cagiva Elefant. drinks.gif

It is a free country so I couldn't stop them going if they wanted to.
However I need to know has the accomodation in JoG got plenty of spaces?
I don't want to pass on the details if it means that other TDMer's don't get a comfy bed for the night.

I'm in East London, Bottom of M11, anyone going from around here?
Maybe meet up early on Friday at Ace Cafe to travle down to LE.

We probably need a roll call on this one.
It is still one of the two rides I want to do before I die.

The key factor is probably cost I estimate a minimum of @£380.

1800 - 2000 miles in petrol. @£200
Accomodation at LE and Joe @£80
Food Beer plus extras @£100
One or Two days off work Unknown
Wear an tear on bikes etc... Unknown
Time away from the Wife Priceless rotflmmfao.gif

Who is planning on doing a more sedate run between LE & JOG over two days?

I don't fancy 850 miles in one day as its knackering and makes your bum ache like hell; I rode 650 miles a couple of years back in one day and still remember the discomfort.

Yeah, yeah, I know i'm a soft southerner and all that but thats the way it is laugh.gif

The problems i had with the yella one forced me to ride the blue one in winter and i reckon the shit they put on the roads this year was thrice the concentrate of the normal rottig stuff

Just needs a damn good clean
