Made it home safe and sound, which is a miracle as we couldn't see a bloody thing from Newark cos of the sun.

Fantastic day, thanks all for the first brillant run of the year. Big thanks to Moose for organising the T-Shirts and of course cake.

Sent Selina hunter gathering for beer so that we can happily kick back and relax.

Happily Knackered,

Andy

Fish & Chips on the seafront with blazing sunshine went down a treat smile.gif

Cheers Moose, toptastic day !

Had a giggle when Moose was leading and we came upon a police vehicle, he wouldn't pass it 'cos his speedo was kaput ! laugh.gif

8 of us pootling behind at 45mph ! Must be a record for the slowest ride out tongue.gif

Thank you very much for organising the run, providing awesome cakes and arranging the cracking weather Moose.

Great to meet everyone, thank you all for allowing the TeDiuMs little sister to tag along with the big boys.

Had a giggle, and enjoyed some great stretches of road, first ride out of the year on the XTX and clocked around 320 miles today, relatively few of which were on the M1/A1.

Cheers guys - hope I'm allowed to come out again and represent XT660.com seeing as we have a fair bit of inter-forum cross-fertilisation going on smile.gif

Well, what a good day. We had plenty of miles, cake, great weather and chat although I don’t think I spoke to everyone. Even flying body panels. laugh.gif
Shame we got split up along the way, think we’ll have to try and sort something for the next run. 286 great miles for me.
The T shirts were great and the route was a corker, wouldn’t mind doing it again and doing the whole run.
Well done Andy. clapping.gif

Witch? coz of the bike? At least it's a Yam. My witch (she's likes that title which has nothing to do with riding a Suzuki rolleyes.gif ) has been on the beer/wine early because she wanted to join us. Shame she didn't get out of bed this morn.

Ah well Onanist said this about me "Yup just the one as her ladyship only sees the TDM/s as a pack animal for her comforts... " earlier in the thread. I didn't think it was the best ever introduction to a bunch of TDM owners smile.gif
