Looks like you have a Hagon shock fitted. Makes the seat higher.

so if you'd like to keep instead of sell you could simply look for a standard shock

I'm 6ft 4 so whilst the TDM is no probs i recently rode an '07 GSXR1000 which felt like a monkey bike in comparison to the TDM's layout. Then when i got back on the TDM it felt like i was climbing onto a chopper with apehanger bars.....

I've seen different linkages for the 9'r to lower/raise the ride height, maybe there's some for the 850. I've also seen one with a thunderace front and rear end that definately lowered the bike. Think he had the thunderace shock/wheel/s'arm and the complete front end
Food for thought......

other than straightline speed(which lets face it just causes your licence to fly away in the breeze) the average sports bike and rider aint any quicker than a TDM
on bumpy back rounds and twistys they'll struggle to keep up
can lower the yokes down the forks but that will alter the steering making it turn slightly quicker but reduce ground clearence

Maybe so.... but I reckon the position and suspension will lend itself better to bumpy back roads, which are slower than the fast sweepers the Fazer likes. You think?

If anybody buys this bike, don't forget you need to withhold £50 for the exhaust and forward it to the rightful owner!!!!!!!
