Since I got myself in love with my TDM I was trying to improve the handling and braking...

handling became much better (perfect fot the particular bike) by setting the rear Ohlins fully adjustable shock and the USD showa forks in the front...

braking was improved with the full flated braking wavt discs in front and the wavy disc in the rear.
ss racing hoses and 19mm front brake radial master cylinder

in the last 3 days I have set radial brembo single cast calipers in front....

I love the way they look...they way front brake feels and the accuracy in braking...
it stops like installing a parachute...

Yet again you post up things to make us weak at the knee's.

Will there be an end to your Modding...

If you look in the Dictionary under Jealousy there's a link to your profile on Carpe now...

Looks amazing, and wish I had the time / money / know-how to get mine to even half as good standard as yours.

after a month driving with it, I am ready to say that THERE is way that you don't stop exactly where you want/need it....

perfect brakes even riding for 1000km in the mountains...

with the 17" wheel the steering and handling is better, easier and safer..

(tire option is wider too)

Every time Thrak posts I'm almost afraid to read it for feeling like a loser with my mods, comparatively speaking.

The seat does not look standard either. Nice and flat. What is that?

I put it on in 2004 from Top Sellerie...

Many times I drove for 900km without stopping riding (except fuel refill)..
it's very comfort both for the driver and the cp-driver...

Interesting. That's what I want - more comfort. I have bought a new Terry Lycette-type seat (for BSA, Norton, Ariel of days of old). I intend to build it into a new solo seat. It will look rather odd (very?!), I am sure, but with all of its 12 various springs it should be sooo comfortable. But we will see. You have created a great bike, BTW, Thrak.
