It'll save me setting off at 4AM. Google says it'll take 4 hours 7 mins so I'm thinking i'll give it about 5 hours for he journey with breaks n stuff. I'll set off at half 5 to get there for half 10

I often ride to the brother-in-laws in Royton. Most of the time I'll go through the peaks but on the motorways it's doable in 3 1/2 hours without flogging the bike.

I have room for some peeps to crash indoors - two in spare room on beds (Moose has already got one reserved) and probably 4 or 5, maybe 6, in the living room (I have at least one airbed, the rest will be on the floor). Garden space for numerous tents (but we'll need tables and chairs out for the bbq, lunch on fettle day etc) and garaging for at least some of the bikes, depending how much I can empty out of the spare one and how tightly we can pack them in. With the numbers at the current level of 7, we should be ok for all the people and maybe for all of the bikes.

For the guys intending to fettle....if you need/want to get any parts/oils etc delivered straight to me, that's fine. PM me and I'll forward my works address for daytime deliveries.

I'll book a floor if that's ok

I'll bring a camping blow up bed and sleeping bag, save me bringing the tent and having to pack that up wet

That ok
