Following another bl*#dy heart attack on Wednesday when my by-pass failed rushed in and stented all within 2 hours from 999 call may not be able to make it now but working on it at least I am home can't do anything not even make meals gonna starve.

Following a day out on the bike on Sunday at the RBR A.R.S.E. in sunny Ellesmere Port without any adverse effects other than a bit tired when I got home I will be attending the IoM G2G as planned, but may have to take it very steady and be in bed early, with a bit of luck anyway.

Yes but earlier than you think along with Blackpin will be there from Wednesday 05:45 after getting the overnight from Heysham
