I suffer from C.D.O. It's like O.C.D. but all the letters are in the correct order, just as they should be.

Walked the dog this morning. Where I live there's a Nature reserve and touring park. Big group of campers, pitched in a big circle. Cooking bacon and smelt like garlic on the cookers. One was making a round of coffee. I was all tingly, because in a few days thats what we'll be doing!! laugh.gif

Who's taking Autocom? huh.gif

Looks as though I'm going to be taking my megatent as well as TD, primarily coz Frogboy wants his own bedroom.
This will mean there will be a spare birth if anyone needs it - you will need your own sleeping bag , mattress, etc

Upside is it will mean we should be able to set up a nice little carpe village. A couple of disposable barbies and an ample stock of the amber nectar and we will have the makings of a good night "in"

BD

ps by barbies I meant cooking systems, not empty headed, silicone enhanced blondes,
having said that, if someone has a couple in stock.............

MOTO GUZZI T3 with Le Mans engine, frisky for an old girl
YAMAHA Tracer 700

RE Himalayan
Down to 3 toys at the moment, need to go shopping I think

I DON'T DO EXERCISE - if God had wanted me to bend over, he would have put cake on the floor

update

- I got 12 copies of "IoM guide" from Marshals Assoc. stand at the stafford show (pretty basic but shows where the course goes- haha) one each for you all
- just got a blow up bed and 3 seasons sleeping bag (try to keep my blood starved tootsies warm)
- got me kayham biker tent out - lets hope its OK from last time

Not sure if we have any specific rideouts in mind, but, in view of recent stance by CPS on group riding, I suggest we confirm, again, that everyone knows where fuel/coffee/lunch/tea stops are so there is NEVER any pressure on anyone to keep up. Everyone rides at own pace.

These were rideouts we used last year if ist any help:

Coastal tour – START - Cronk Dhoo Campsite- Right on TT - Ballacraine straight to Peel- Left A27 to south- DalbyVIEW - Niarbyl Bay – photos, view- Right on A36- Port Erin if wanted - Right on A31- Cregneash village CAKE - Sound Visitor Centre - Port St Mary- A5 to Castletown- DouglasVIEW Douglas Head if wanted- A2 coast road LUNCH – Laxey (location TBC)- A2 Baldrine- Turn right at Hibernian (care needed) on A15VIEW – Maughold Head- Ramsey- A10 to Bride then A16VIEW- Point of Ayre and back to BrideCAKE - Bride- A10 to Jurby, The Cronk- Right on TT (contra)- Kirk Michael right on A4VIEW - Peel A1 back to Ballacraine then TT (contra) Cronk DhooFINISH

Twisties Tour – START - Cronk Dhoo Campsite- Left on TT (contra) - Crosby - Left on A23- Left on B22VIEW – Injebreck Hill - Barregarrow - Right on TT course- Kirk Michael- Ballaugh - Right at pub to Ravensdale - Left on B10 then left on TT (contra) - Bungalow left on A14 CAKE – Tholty-will glen/Sulby Glen- Sulby right on TT - Ramsey - A2 coast road - Laxey - Right onto B12LUNCH – Creg Ny Baa Pub- TT Grandstand- Quarterbridge- A5 then right on A24- Foxdale - left on A3 then right onto A36- Port Erin/Port St Mary/ Sound – revisit as requestedCAKE - Castletown Book Shop/coffee house- Langness- A5 VIEW - Fairy Bridge- Douglas if want to shop - Left on TT FINISH – CronkDhoo Campsiteoncae again, any comments will be appreciatedPete

Weather looks good, should be a great weekend. I'm up for any kind of ride out but I think it is compulsary to do at least a full lap or two every day.
The ride, beer ,sleep sounds a great idea. I have also had some good news from pay pal. Lyn has sent me a full refund. May be I should invest in a tent.

I put a claim through pay pal, but they could not do anything because it was over 45 days.
They reveiled the contact details so I e mailed lyn and sent an invoice through pay pal.
After a few emails back and forth she paid the invioce. laugh.gif

The rule we had last year was that you couldn't go round any part of the TT course the wrong way. If you want to go from the campsite to Douglas, you have to do a lap good.gif

Big Dave has a spare berth in his tent, Trebor! hide.gif

Sorted my camping gear and packed it tonight. I got the tank bag out that the guy sold with the bike and had a nice suprise! Spare Yam key and spare keys to the Givi boxes in the side pocket! Don't usually use a tank bag and just discarded it in my "wardrobe" in the garage.
Got to tax the bike tomorrow, it runs out while I am away! rolleyes.gif rolleyes.gif
