No, I think we need to set up a working party first to assess the impact and viablilty of publishing the votes.
Concurrent to that we need a HSE commitee to look into the Health and Safety risks associated with publishing the votes; a Risk Assessor will need to be commisioned to assess the inherent risks that may be associated with the proposed publishing, for which we will need a commitee to be conviened to put out a tender for bids for the risk assessment contract. Accountants and Solicitors must be contracted to assess the viablilty of said tenders, and advise the group on best practise issues with regards to the tender and publication, HSE impact, environmental impact (Ooops 'nother commitee), risk assessment, tax liability etc, and provide cover for any possible writs that may be issued against the group following publication of the votes. The whole process will obviously be overseen by a steering commitee, who will also receive input for a strategic, blue sky, forward thinking planning group...... then we may be able to hold a meeting........... volunteers???

Hmmmm. i just think you're being cynical. My mate Tony would never do all that!!!!

He'd do it like this and save loads of tax munnee...

set up a working party first to assess the impact and viablilty of publishing the votes.

The whole process will obviously be overseen by a steering commitee, who will also receive input for a strategic, blue sky, forward thinking planning group...... then he'd make his own mind up, shit all over the recommendations and do his own thing anyway. Thus saving us the time and bother of having a meeting.

That is fine by me, though it will probably cost no more to send them seperately, in fact with our new postal regulations...it may be cheaper to send them seperatley blink.gif

EDIT: Having checked, it looks like it will be a tad cheaper to send together. But there is not going to be much difference, so either way is no probs. good.gif

Sparra, BB, do you want your calendars sent together or seperatley?
