How about asking those who want a copy to PM you with their email address then you can post it them as an attachment. I won't send you my email until you let us know your happy with the idea ohmy.gif

Hi Dave,

Saga and Maximus have already done this, and i've sent them a Garmin .gdb file. If I can find out where were meeting for lunch I can add that to the route.

Will also look on "Best Biking Roads" website to see if there are any good roads we can take on the way down rolleyes.gif

(Again all provisional, not fixed in stone)

Arrive Le Havre @ 07:00 Thursday Morning.

Travel from Le Havre to Mont St Michel (220KM)

Meeting Babus123 there or at his home who lives nearby.

Mont St Michel to our Hosts Leslie & Ken, Reminac (150KM)

Assuming you're planning on stopping for a look around Mont St Michel I might be a bit of a splitter and stop at Pegasus Bridge on the way down and meet up with you again at the lunch stop, as I didn't come on last years tour when you went to Pegasus Bridge but I did stop for a walk around Mont St Michel (it is well worth a visit)on the way back from the Dordogne RTT.

I received the files from Dazza and copied to my car satnav, but I remembered I did this last year and they don't work how they will on the proper bike units. The info is there but you can't plot routes to take you from one place to the next, only select the next one when you have reached the expired destination.

Evening all.

As I'm working on Wednesday I don't think I'll have time to meet up with you chaps for the ride down. So probably best to meet you at the ferry. I'm now aiming to leave Didcot a 19:30, Portsmouth E.T.A. 21:00.

Been looking at Mont St Michel, very much like to go see this on the way down wink.gif

Cheers
Mark

Helmet to bike extension? Not got a curly but I've got a spare straight one, I'll chuck it in.

Can't believe how much spare luggage space I've got when I'm not carrying camping kit. I've filled one E21, got a bag of stuff I want on the ferry in the top box, and the other pannier's only got my waterproofs in it! I must have forgotten something!

Still no sign of Dazza's e-mail. Can someone send me the details of the where we're meeting for lunch? If I'm going to split off for a look at Pegasus Bridge I'd like to get the lunch meet programmed in to my satnav.
