Will soon need new chain and sprockets for '03 900, can anyone please suggest which ones to buy and best place to save my hard earned pennies.

Seen this on fleabay -

http://cgi.ebay.co.u...atchlink:top:uk

any good?

Also any recommendations for spanner work in the North London area?

Cheers

Thanks guys I'll call Busters in the morning. Should I just get the X-Ring or pay a fiver more for X-Ring Gold, any idea on the difference?

Personaly I'd say there's no performance benefit, it's purely about looks.

1. Nice colour depending on your paint scheme.
2. Gold won't corrode, but then again a normal chain won't if it's properly oiled and used regularly.

Last time I bought one, I paid for a self colour and they sent me a gold one at no extra charge, so you never know.

Make sure you tell 'em you want a DID chain, and not EK or SSS. DID is by far and away the better.

Thanks all, just ordered DID from Busters, managed to get the "gold" one for normal price £79.99.

However just so you know, they did say that they weren't dealing with DID any more because of "supply issues" and only had two "gold" sets left (one now)!

Cheers

Received chain and sprocket set last last year. Very glad my old man always nagged me to double check before starting a job. Chain sent was too big, about 5mm too wide. It would have really fubared everything if I had started the job before checking.

Good advice I'll be sure to check, as long as someone can tell me how long and wide it should be??

Thanks
