Black 1991 850 MK1, 160k+ miles(ish, best guess really, gave up trying to keep count after 3rd set of clocks and 3rd engine), PilotRoad2 tyres, custom stubby exhaust system, bluespot calipers & goodridge braided hoses with dunlopads, maxton forks, Ohlins shock, kedo handguards, stainless TDM grill, Scottoiler with lubetube & dual nozzle thingy, Givi Wingrack2 with E45 & 2xE36s, renntec crash bars, Autocom with blueteeth & PMR radio, TomTom Rider2, Optimate IIIsp, Bagster tank cover, anti-dazzle coating
to fit : led spotlights, heated grips, new braided lines and rear caliper that actually has bleed nipples

it'll need to be either the XTZ or the TRX tho, the TDM is still unwell and currently has no chain or sprockets fitted unsure.gif

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.

Not yet mate, took the bike for a good thrashing round the local roads today and it doesn't feel to bad.
May well leave it as is until after the RTT and go from there.

TRX, always fancied seeing how they compare with the TDM, was looking at one on Ebay a little while ago.

dunno if i'm gonna have time to swap the engine in the TDM over before the RTT, so i may just weld the sprocket nut on
i'm relying on have me mate and his garage free

Mine's in the shop waiting for a new alternator. and I am suffering serious withdrawal having not ridden for 4 weeks. Please god George White can sort me out with a fix.

I might well be able to make the 10th, though I might have to bring some pillion seat ballast. Thought of a location yet?

Know wot you mean, I pulled the motor on my TRX to get the TDM up and running, and now I miss the TRX like crazy! Despite having 3 other bikes to play with, the TRX was more often than not my first choice for an evenings entertainment.

Anyone got a crank they don't want?

I,d quite like a rideypoo, but seem to be nearly bikeless at mo, tho might be able to make 10th....if i can afford new tyres fer me 9r before then! Poor ole tedium has a few issues right now, none too serious....just need deeper pocketses.

10th sounds good to me, gives me a chance to sort the TDM out on the Saturday
still not sure it'll be ready tho, so might have to bring the XTZ cool.gif the TRX is safely tucked up back home at my parents in Essex sad.gif

i've got a spare mk1 motor that i'm going to use in the TDM while i sort out the current one, but dont fink i'm gonna get it fitted and tested before the RTT dry.gif
i aint riding around on an untested engine so i'm gonna have to use the existing one with sprocket nut welded on

Done: Homo sap navigation/ twisty thing on bars to make it go vroom/ grabby thing to make it stop (in front of twisty thing)/ 'leccy things front and rear to make it glow at night/ Sucky + drippy oiler thing to keep chains moist (!!) / Laser Pro Stock Race pipes / bleeding ear drums (see previous mod)
To do: Educate homo sap nav system to operate twisty + grabby things/ get ear plugs

All Trashed Now... Pants... its a Cat B Mwahahaha it lives again!!

1999 YAMAHA Thunderace there is STILL no finer motorcycle
2008 SUZUKI Bandit 1250SA ...... fecked by yours truly, but ......... still fitted with the worlds most uncomfortable bike seat. ouch!
