And I have drilled a few holes in my MRA double bubble screen:

Now it looks like an ERMAX screen. I tried one of those but it was a poor build; didn't fit properly and I returned it and got my money back...
H haven't tested the modified MRA doubble bubble V yet, but I'll share my experience with you as soon as I get around to do it...

Went for a ride with the modified MRA screen today. Good weather condition, sunny and calm light air.
No turbulence, only even air hitting me in the upper chest area (don't ask about wind noise; I still wear my EARfoon plugs...) and less turbulence when driving i traffic (behind cars in 70 to 90 km/h).
I think I can say for sure that the five holes I drilled forming the "V" at the bottom of the 'bubble' has helped to stabilize the air flow. Don't know how the effect will be under more windy conditions, though.
There's still some airpressure againt my chest, less on the head/helmet than before and almost nothing when driving in 50 to 60-70 km/h.
So my conclusion so far is that drilling holes like I did seems to work just the way I hoped: even and calmer airflow and less buffeting.
I'm not a great photografer, but here's a couple of shot anyway, to show you how the screens look fitted onto the bike...:
