depending on how stretched the skin is and where its located, it either shrinks back or its just kinda loosewith serious weightloss (25% of body mass or more) you'll end up having a 'tuck' of some kinda
NHS will do it if there is a reason (pretty easily justified) but you need to have your weight stable, and monitored periodically for 6months before they'll do it

according to one of my regular playthings it 'feels bigger', i didnt notice any difference guess its just extra available for use now there isnt a thick washer of fat round the base
