Had a great weekend, very nice bunch of people, and the bike enjoyed the miles too - 402 on the way up, 242 around the lakes, then 356 on the run back down - time for the 48k service now!
Thanks to Nanook for organising it all, Andy for cooking and bringing the pink BMW, Hartside Man for the great route around the lakes and everyone else for the banter and comraderie!!
Putting my pics up on PhotoBucket now, will post the link when it is done

Dandy gives expert advice in mechanics on Sunday morning.
Note the wide range of specialist tools he uses.
Looks like Emmett's having a pish behind the wall!

Great weekend - thanks for arranging it again Joe, thanks for the great breakfasts Andrew and Paddy. And just a big thanks to all for a great time - not forgetting a thanks to Pete Kelly for bringing his Tesco Vaue guitar.................

He's never going to fit in there is he?

Chris enjoys a swift pint of Tony's whisky

Paddy and Dandy share a pudding, Nanook looks on jealously.

Although he doesn't remember seeing this road sign in the Highway Code, Dandy obeys the instruction anyway.
