Dont you need to put the grommet on to seal the plug cap into the cylinder head though.

going to try making one but have run for years without one dont ride in the rain much but have been through some downpours without problems although they are sprayed with acf50

I've just fitted NGK caps and the grommet slides over lovely, also used the end caps although not strictly needed me thinks, will have to grab a piccie.

NGK caps fitted, these are really nice and pliable, thanks to Apache for the recommendation.

were the grommets inc with the caps and if not where did you get them?

No not included, the grommets are off the original plug caps.

No not included, the grommets are off the original plug caps.
pity mine are long gone will have to try and make some
