For anyone else intending to do this be aware that you will need to file the mounting holes slightly to fit it to the existing bracket. You will also need some fuel pipe as the inlet (or outlet depending on which way round you mount it) is the oposite way round to standard.
The existing pump did not have any obvious holes in the diaphram but it was in much worse condition generally than Stormy's.
Snot really a pump though is it? Seems more like a vacuum valve. Don't see why Yam couldn't incorporate it into the tap like everyone else

Time will tell if the new kiddy cures the locking.
