At last a dry day, warm, sunny, and I'm not on call. Extended wires to reach down to Stebel. Short strip of stainless used as a bracket. I'll probably re-position it next week.
Loobman fitted in out of the way. I can't really reach it while riding, so it will probably move as also. Well you gotta have a hobby.
Ran a cable under the tank to fit a pair of Ring fog-lights under headlights. Have to make 2 brackets first. Bit awkward fitting them so they don't interfere with anything else.

40mm wavin pipe, end caps 2 jam-jar lids, sealed with silicone and a couple of self tappers to stop any movement. Takes full puncture-repair kit(mushroom plug type), small fire extinguisher, large can of WD-40,solid fuel rocket booster.
Too much Blue Peter as a kid.
Horn won't fit under side pods, I'm going too see will it fit up in the angle above radiator.

WAVIN pipe, great stuff. You can store anything in it, depending on length and diameter. Get proper end pieces and it seals air and water-tight.
Made a floating dock one year, end of the summer pipes went back on site, nobody noticed they were gone.

Sorry to hijack you r thread, but I use Fiamm Horns (130dB - so they are LOUD)

They mount up just great underneath the fairing, out of harms ways, out of sight, out of mind until you press the magic button, then all hell breaks loose yahoo.gif

Had a Fiamm on bike, just did'nt make peds jump high enough. Stebel is supposed to be 139db.
Now that I see your mounting, I might fit both.

You mean you didn't have both fitted - they are a bit tame on their own, but together are plenty to wake up your average tin box driver

I have just fitted similar horns, Motrax Hootaz again 130dB, fit just under side fairings.

I recently fitted my old Fiamms (1970's purchase and fitted to most bikes I've owned).

Fused live from solenoid +ve (red) to pin 30 on 20Amp relay, line out to horn #1 (piggybacked to horn #2) pin 87? (the one opposite pin 30), horns grounded via mounting (if metal) or via a ground line from each mounting, the other 2 pins on the relay are the switch and are fed and grounded from the two standard horn connections.

That's all and Bob's your only hope.

Favs.

Single-handedly reviving the Wave.
