I've often wondered why no-one seems to offer a 2-1 system. I missed the original post and can't find it by searching for Dablick's posts, so I apologise if I am repeating others' Qs & As.

Two questions:

1. What does the Left side look like without a can filling in the space - a bit naked?

2. What does it sound like - not the volume but rather the tone / quality?

Oh, and another - costs?

PS another - is there still access to the bottom adjuster on the shock?

Thank you.

Think I like that. Can you give more info please. Might not work with a centre stand though I guess.

Mine should be here Wednesday if I'm Lucky!.....Roll on Wednesday :badgerrock: I think the centre stand may be compromised with the link pipe, and will have to be ditched!....... Looks like I'll have to bring the abba stand out of mothballs.

Oh and to answer the question of cost.... £201.00 posted

steve27bha, with regards to your question above I have a GPR 2 -1 system on my 850 Mk2 with a "slip on" can, I have posted a couple of photos below of the L/H/S of the bike with my cure for whats left after the exhaust has been removed ie you're just left with the rubber mount for the silencer or a shite looking hole where it would have been.

I had the machine shop at work knock up an ali bung to press fit into the rubber mount hole with a recess for the plastic "tuning fork" logo disc to slot in, the logo disc is a gen Yam part purchased from Webbs of P,boro. It's a vast improvement.

Great pics ramo, can see everything very clearly, many thanks indeed,,, i have been toying with the idea for quite a long time really,, but it's still gonna have to wait as i'm just not flush enough right now,, will be needing chain & sprockets next and tyres before that....

If i get around to doing this i would try and get the link pipe made up so i could put my Laser back on,, on the left side, the right side is a bit mashed.. i do like it though,, theres another thread of a niner with stubbies on also which look good.

Just got mine today :badgerrock: took some pics of the contents, but I'm off to work now. so I'll post some pics, and maybe a link on Spanish Fleabay, that's valid as the old listing has ended!........Maybe it was a limited batch, witch makes mine and Ramo's more exclusive :good: and they can only become more valuable as time goes on! :badgerrock: :badgerrock: :badgerrock:

I have always like the look of the 2-1 exhaust, I had one on my Mk1 years ago, but not at that price!

If anyone spots the Spaniards feeling generous again, please post it up......

I too would be interested to know about the effect on performance.

Didn't get mine done today! I'll let you know my opinion on the performance difference, Ramo has already said it's a big difference for the better! and I value his judgement implicitly, as he is a "Riding God" :badgerrock:  :rotflmmfao:

Still showing listing ended.....Sooo I've contacted the seller and told them there's a big interest here on CARPE and when will the item be re-listed?......The things I do for you lot!!!! :P
