Out and about today and I called into a bike shop for a coffee near Oxford. Had a look see and found
a bike sat in a corner that I liked the look of. Upshot is I will soon be the owner of another FJR1300.

Any of you who know me will know I had one before the TDM and I got knocked off in Hull. I lost all
confidence in having another one hence the TDM switch. But after a ride on that one today it reminded
me that the FJR was the only bike I've owned that I felt really at home on. So I have decided to switch
back.

I hope I can stay on here as the banter and mates I've made are second to none.

Keep your eyes on For Sale as the bike is going back to standard apart from crash bars and top rack.

Matt

FJR always looks like a great package Matt

Seeing Alan Mc's Pan in Aviemore showed the sophistication on this type of bike

Enjoy!

At this rate we'll have to rename it maybe-tdm unsure.gif
MotoGuzzi Norge 1200GT. for Euro touring
Triumph Street Triple. For those hooligan moments......
Beta Alp 200. For falling off In muddy bits.
I suffer from C.D.O. It's like O.C.D. but all the letters are in the correct order, just as they should be.

Like Matt I hope to still show up on meets (if allowed! hide.gif) great bunch on here including yourself Chris!
I'd full intentions of going for another TDM but always fancied the Tiger, went to the local dealer, tried the Tiger then the Sprint as I fancied a shot on one - I expected the Tiger to be the preferred choice but the Sprint was too bloody addictive! Ended up buying a mint 2008 ABS model with a sports exhaust that has a fantastic HOWL & with almost double the horsepower of the TDM, just a pity it will only be a few weeks before the gritters will be out up here!
