It's in its seventh year. Turn up, pitch up, eat drink, sleep and then ride the next day through the varied and wonderful roads of Wales. There's usually a majority of TDM's and other types too. Pace is sensible and safe - you can ride as fast as you like or happily follow on behind because I'll be leading and will stop at all important points on route to keep us all together. If you fancy it, visit the link and throw yourself into the plan.... Everyone's welcome

The VJMC are proud to present a new show in Cardiff.

The idea is to have a one day Uttoxeter

we normally stop at the campsite at Rhayader
http://www.wyesidecamping.co.uk/
Don't have to book, just turn up ........go into Rhayader for something to eat & a pint
Up to the pub for breakfast on Saturday - then a day pootling around Wales, ending back at the campsite.
out again on sat urday for a couple o' beers & food - then everyone do their own thing on sunday (that VJMC thing sounds interesting though)
All very informal - Readie normally has some bloody good roads sorted for us to do though

Okey dokey. I nearly made it a few years ago on the way back from Jockland but ended up swimming home instead.

It's just on the outskirt of Abergavenny. For two reasons. First, when you come to the site make sure you travel along the B4521 as it's a corker.
Second, Abergavenny has a bunch of pubs and has the Abergavenny "bus stop" which is a bikers meating point and where we'll have breakfast on the morning of the ride. Third, did I say third? He'll do us a £5 per night tent pitch as a special for bikers.
So that's the place. We're meeting there Friday night and riding Saturday. I should be there... about 4pm and heading straight for le maison du public. There's a golf club opposite that will allow us to use its facilities and serves Bombardier, so that's probably the best place to meet after you've pitched your tent and before we stroll into town. The local cab compnay boss lives next door to the campsite so getting cabs back from town (it's a huge 1.5mile walk!) won't be a problem.

Can I kindly let everyone know that this ride out / camp weekend is in aid of a very good charity. Those wishing to attend will be required to make a payment / donation to the charity in advance. The details are still being sorted but thought I would just let you all know.
If you go to this link you will understand about the charity and it involves the son of one of our members on CMC and on here.
You may know his avatar as either Avonne or Mitch.
Here's his website

Hope you all understand and if anyone has ever met Mitch you will agree he is one of the
I hope this does not make people not turn up but make a few extra come along and support one of our guys.
Thanks
