i found out today that i had made plans already for the 9th but i can cancel if need be but if you wanna change the date then thats fine too.Not sure we should have an EAG2G without the Jollyman

That make things a little awkward - Orwells doesn't open on Sunday, hence the Sat meet.
Changing the date is not a problem to me, so can you lot battle it out amongst yourselves for a bit and we'll see where we end up. I would like to keep it in April if possible. I can do any weekend in April and any in May except for Sat 21st as I'm already booked up for an important event. I can also do March, but would prefer later rather than sooner.
