Aye aye everyone. With a house move coming up and looking for a good excuse for " garage time" I thought I might revisit the shims, and while there put a camchain and guide in. Then, reseal hopefully for life!!
Anyone know the whereabouts and availability of the shim suppository? No rush.....in the bleak mid winter will do..

That it be. I normally take shim sizes and post the required shims so as to not risk the entire collection in da post. So lettuce snow the sizes required and oil gerrum to ewe in da port or wherever.

Are ye moving far capn?

Sounding like a plan already. Hopefully won't need any adjustment anyway but I'll aim for a Dec / Jan farkle. Fits perfik with weather predictions.
Moving literally half mile. Down sizing from Uber garage to 2 parking spaces under a condominium (flats). All secure and dry....no idea what the living part is like...:)

Thanks Daps, great offer but due to my great age and regardless of my elite athlete physique, SWHMBO won't let me do the lifting, so it's over to some strapping gen X gorillas to move us....thanks anyway.
