My TDM :

Well thats my boat for Dublin-Holyhead booked for Tuesday 21st June,Them Tesco vouchers are great... did not cost me anything. "every little helps"

Calling the NW posse,
Paddy is coming over on the early ferry Tuesday 21st, would be at Lymm Services at around 1.00pm
so we have decided against the early start and to travel down Tuesday afternoon / evening and get down past the M25.
looking at a cheap travel lodge, maidstone or Ashford ?
Which means a leisurely ride on wed 23rd to the ferry, at 10.00
So ... Matlock and Peter7 what was the plan for staying somewhere the Tuesday night ?

Good to have you along, nothing booked yet, I'm easy on where we stay - clean, good breakfast and close to vendors of real ale are my only requirements

Possibly premier inn at the ferry terminal - £113 for 2 of us includes evening 3 course meal, a drink of your choice, and as-much-to-eat-as-you-like breakfast.............roll out of the door onto ferry?

Booked in at the Kings Head on the Tuesday night too. I emailed the pub about bike parking and got this response.

What we have is a driveway at the side of the inn with space for three resident cars if required. There would be no problem with space for the bikes. The gates onto the road in front are secured at night.

We're catching the 10am ferry on Wednesday 22nd June 2011. Here's my provisional itinerary to date:- Tuesday 21st June, leave home, travel to Dover with the Kellys and anyone else who wants to join up. Overnight stop in Canterbury at the King's Head (booked).

Still not sure if we're staying in same Liege B & B on the way back on the night of Monday the 27th, or if the Carpe posse has any other ideas?

Me and Trev are staying at the Formule1 in Liege on the outward journey (£35 I believe) and maybe the same on the way back but we could all meet up in Liege for some cake and soft drinks i reckon
