They do have a screen but I think it's too much of a distraction. It'll go under my seat. Anyhoo who wants to see where you've been in real time?

i need to look into setting up a rear facing camera with a live feed to a small display to help my 1 eyed wife perform 'life savers' effectively.

Got mine of ebay about £22 for front and rear facing. I'm guessing it won't be too good on a wet night. Someone else on here had this which is why I bought one. Images looked to be good enough in the daylight.

I have both front and rear, via a cheap Chinese DVR. Been installed 18 months now and still works fine. You just have to keep the dvr unit dry, which i do by keeping it inside a rubber glove in a padded envelope !

the only strange thing is when watching the rear camera footage on the laptop it's like watching it in a mirror
Very confusing ,don't know how that would work if requested for evidence ??

Looping function might also be called 'Car mode' in the menu....
The reverse image wouldn't be any trouble, you can flip it back around without loss of detail

Off next week so hopefully will do the jobs I was too busy/lazy to do over xmas
fork oil and seals
Fork gators
Headset bearings - just cos they were never done
And I need to have a play with the gear indicator mod and will hopefully update this thread with info
I also have a set of crash bars on the way from Rafal in poland but not sure when they will arrive as he is making them right now

Coincidently I also got a set of bars from Rafal this week. I threw her down the road at 60. The GIVI engine bars did their job, but thereafter were toast. I only read about Rafal's work after installing the last ones, I took advantage of the fact he was making them to order by asking for a particular colour. You see, I've always wanted a KTM.

The eagle eyed amongst you will notice that in the fuel station photo the side fairing is missing stickers. This fairing was ground flat when it slid along the road, rebuilt the shape with body filler, pain stakingly prepped, and undercoated. You can imagine my frustration when of the two yamaha blacks on ebay, I picked the wrong one...
Last April, my fork seals blew out due to pitted forks - pitted high up but I must have bottomed out on a pot hole. On inspecting the stanchions, I figured I'd be good with just a fork seal change so I went for that - if I recall corectly the bank account at the time wasn't too happy with me either which may have influenced the decision. 14k miles later, I take my bike for her MOT today. Failure, fork seals? The bike gets commuted on every day, cleaned regularly and it hasn't felt rubbish so I'm 80% I didn't ride in with them like that. idk, I don't want to point fingers without knowing certain but upsetting just before MOT due next week. No choice but to get garage to fix it due to time constraints, so there we go. New stanchions on order this time around.
I had almost convinced myself to change up to a super tenere, but I guess I'm sticking with her for some time longer.
Does anyone know what this thing is for? I am certain a centre stand I bought a while back is meant to attach here but the allen heads are all fudged. Would love the go-ahead from someone on this forum to grind them off. It looks as though it could be the remnants of a previous owner's centre stand as it's got holes for a bolt to slot through

Had a run through Dukes Pass today

3 mates on Ducatis (2 x Multi's and an 848). None of them have had their bike for longer than 4 months or covered many miles, so that explains the slow pace, and how I had to wait a couple of times
It was a good run anyway, TDM900 tripped over 106000 miles
