G'day guys from last minute chaos in downunder as we finalise affairs before departure in 48 hours good.gif
I apologise for the late info.

For those interested in catching up with an "ol' bloke" who loves eating dust on the trails yeahbaby.gif from Oz, we arrive at Heathrow 13th Dec Sunday 5.30am and we will be checking in for one night around 1500hours at:
The Royal Adelaide Hotel,
46 Kings Road,
Windsor,
Berkshire, SL4 2AG
Telephone: 01753 863 916

Apparantly they have a bar drinks.gif

Booked under the name of: Kym & Iryna Fettke

If you leave a message at reception I should get it. Alternatively pm me your phone numbers.

I will be purchasing a UK mobile SIM card on arrival so unfortunately I can't advise my telephone number at this stage, however I should be able to return calls once set up.

After Windsor we're off to Dorston, Hereford 'til the following Sunday then Harrogate. Monday/Tuesday 21st/22nd will be at the "haunted", Dalhousie Castle south of Edinburgh before heading into the wilds of northern Scotland at Edinvillie for Xmas/New Years then back down south through the Lake District & the east coast.

Hope to chin wag soon

Cheers

G'day guys good.gif what a fabulous welcome, thanks Tony, Kris & Mick.

What a fun night guys.

I'm still having trouble with 3's mobile signal where I've been travelling despite what they have told me, think I will change over to vodafone before not too long.

Weather has been fantastic .................... all this sunshine ...... amazing. No snow at all Pict.

So far we've hanging around Herefordshire, then slipped down to Cheddar & over to Clovelly to my ancestrial past & Sunday we're off .heading north to Harogate.

Not sure when I can access interenet again with our tight schedule.

Cheers

If you've never been to Harrogate, I think you'll like the place, 'tis very pretty and has lots of history and character.

It's snowing here right now, so you'll definitely be seeing some snow real soon ! Drive carefully !
