OOOOhhh me likey.. so £50ish is an ok price (make offer)...........Only thing is they don't say they will fit a tdm900????????? If they go in the bar ends should they not fit/ be adjusted to fit as £50 is allotta dosh to find out they don't.

They come with a fitting kit and it's pretty straightforward.

Have you tried to take the buggers off?

Fitted mine but for some reason the throttle side guard (with the same spacer as the clutch side) was restricting throttle movement, there was probably about 5mm clearance on the clutch side & very little on the throttle side.

Then I decided to fit heated grips so had to take them off, a bugger of a job to get the expanded inner sleeve back out without unscrewing the little conical expansion screw thingy fully & it ending up rattling around inside the handlebars resulting in a strip down of the brake, clutch levers & switchgear to get the bars hanging loose enough to extract the conical nut with a pair of long nosed pliers!

Contemplating if I'll bother putting them back on again!

I've got a Norbar 1/2" drive one, probably a bit on the big side....

I've got 1/2" to 3/8" adaptor as well as 3/8" wrench.

1992 Mk1, 76k miles, Hagon springs, MTC exhaust, 4½ gears Gone now :(

i have adapters for going up and down in sizes and 2 torque wrenchs (3/8 8-60Nm and 1/2 40-200Nm)
need me to bring a breaker bar too?

anyone on a 9er need to do a C&S kit? if so i'll bring that 36mm deep socket for the front sprocket too

It's for the oil filter housing bolts. Never bothered but heard the stories of stripped threads!

i wouldnt use a spanner/ratchet to do them, i use a screwdriver like bit with suitable attachment and do it handtight

Yep, thats what I use normally, Like a 'Hex' screwdriver.

It is just a stick on LED strips, They where under a fiver for the pair on ebay, I wired them into the headlight, it was dead easy. Probably the best mod I made.






They aren't as blue as that in real life.

Those look like the same type as my red one I've got on the back, cost next to nothing
