
Fuel Pump Is Under Suspicion?

Not sure if it works well on a reserve because I almost newer hit it. I usually refill fuel tank to top with 12-13 liters.

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.

Another update on this. New membrane works fine, no problems on big roads and in the city, but in our mountains (Carpatians) it let me down several times when tank was close to reserve point. It stops, I wait several minutes, swing it, run for another several kilometers and again, right to the nearest gas station. Turning reserve on doesn't help. Obviously pump doesn't do its job for 100%.
So I am looking into auto/universal fuel pump replacement. Something like this:

Polaris sell and identical pump to the Yam model. Its aboot £40 squiddlers here.
