you checked that none of the stator coil have any resistance to the earth of the bike should be near enough infinity. I had a honda that did this when hot. turned out to be insulation on stator breaking down.

none of them ran to earth and go an ac voltage of about 60v on all wires... only thing was on tick over ac voltage was very low...i think it was something loke 18acv but i fugured cos its 60 acv at 2000 rpm we may be ok on it... not that sure though...

Mine can be and has been prone to lower than average figures. I found that re-doing some old and corroded wiring to and around the starter relay, and giving all other connections a good squirt of leccy cleaner (including the fuse box), improved my figures quite dramatically. I would check all electrical connections and ensure they aren't corroded, and are nice and clean.
