It looks like we have a good response here guys. How do we get a poll up to choose dates? I would also plan to arrive Friday evening.

I'm only getting ansaphone when I try and call at the moment. let me contact Dom first to check availability before a date poll is posted.
At the moment, based on comments in the thread, I'm thinking first weekend in July are the dates preferred, but as I say let me speak to Dom first.

I'd love to camp but there's a little rain cloud that follows my tent everywhere.

Had to put up here for one night. The campsite was like a muddy battlefield.

We were supposed to stop over at a campsite on our way to Dover but as said it was impossible. We had a little £25 tent for that rather than unload the big one.
Had some heavy rain in France but that was nothing compared to the A1 on the way back. Had to stop at the same P Inn because the rain had penetrated everything.

based on previous posts in this thread and a conversation with Dom an executive decision has been made.
The meeting will be held on the first weekend in July - Sat 4th and Sun 5th, with an option to arrive Fri 3rd if you wish
Dom says the site should be licensed to sell alcohol in the next couple of weeks, he plans to have a few local ales on as well as your usual lagers etc.

There is no shortage of camping space and he is able to lock the gates in the mid evening to improve security wrt the bikes
I asked about catering and he says he would have no problem catering for a dozen or so people at one sitting.
It all looks very promising.
For the facebookers amongst us https://www.facebook...keStop/?fref=ts
For those of you who want B+B, I'm afraid the organisation of that is up to yourselves.
The White Lion Inn currently has 2 three bedroom suites available on Booking.com
Can we please start collating a list of attendees so that I can keep Dom up to date with the numbers
Thanks
