Yes, they are FUEL exhausts and has the bump stop bracket in the right position.

There is nothing like the smell of burned cow poo in the morning

Sorry! Senior moment - I'm getting different brands mixed up and didn't realise you'd answered that question on my thread.

So, had my 9'er on the DYNO to get the PowerCommander mapped.

It took 6 hours and 188 miles (300 km) on the DYNO, to do a full mapping.

The result was 82 bhp @7000 rpm (rear wheel) and 84 Nm @6000 rpm. Top speed was 138 mph (220 km/h).

Now, the figures are good, but what really is fantastic is how smooooooth the power delivery is now   :)

It just pulls hard and smooth in all gears at all throttle openings. No more low speed jerkiness   :)

The CO2 sensor and the secondary air induction system was disabled. No modifications to the air filter box. K&N air filter and FUEL exhausts with baffles fitted.

A short video: https://youtu.be/0_C5DnYVILM

*****************

Fitted clear indicator lenses.

34798096305_e97e87ee76_c.jpg

 ****************

Fitted an MRA Vario screen.

Don't mind wind pressure, but with the original screen there was a lot of turbulence around the chest area at highway speeds. Hopefully the MRA screen removes all turbulence.

 ************

Removed the lower/full fairing. Didn't really like the look of it and it made cleaning the engine difficult.

Fitted a belly pan instead. Not sure that I like that either..... Decisions, decisions....  :unsure2:

Hi.
Bike looks really good.
I have just bought a TDM, can you tell me where you got the front fenda extenda - and did it fit ok?
Clear lenses look neat - did they fit ok?
I am also fancying some Fuel Loudencers.
I'll have to get grafting.
Cheers and all the best

Got the fender extender here: https://www.pyramid-...900 Accessories

A little difficult to line up without the sticky pads grapping, but with patience/precision it is no big problem.

The lenses fits like the originals.

I can assure you that the one from Pyramid won't come off.. The amount of sticky pads on there is crazy and they really grip hard. There is no way I could pull it off without breaking something..

I dont need assuring but wicky might. :-)

yep mine had uber sticky pads on it but they eventually lost their stickiness and the fender extender fell off never to be found FFS.  Drill the mudguard very carefully as I cracked it by being careless on anudder boike.  Might have a go at making my own fender extender.

spyball alarm/immob, bluespot brake calipers and Stainless hoses, Fournales air adjustable shock with Remote Resevoir, forks raised 10mm thru yokes, racetech linear fork springs in 15 wt oil, Kappa wingrack/luggage, heated grips, Kedo handguards, dual heat controller to power heated jacket liner and or pants!!, Stebel 136DB horn, K&N air filter, colour matched Baglux tank cover (magnetic tank bag modified to fit cover), osram +50% headloight bulbs, headlight protector,"NitramSpecial" parking loight, tail light indicators all running on LED's & incorporate "Lite Buddies", MK7 Scottoiler fitted, taller screen, 2-2 stainless steel CCC's, Devil stainless down pipes. MKI Renntec engine crash bars & sump guard.
engine changed july 2007 on a dyno run it made 79.1BHP / Torque 59.9Had a brief flirtation with a 1999 MKIIa but it blew an exaust valve on the M5 so was sold on to be repaired.

I loike tay and hang sangwiches !
