spyball alarm/immob, bluespot brake calipers and Stainless hoses, Fournales air adjustable shock with Remote Resevoir, forks raised 10mm thru yokes, racetech linear fork springs in 15 wt oil, Kappa wingrack/luggage, heated grips, Kedo handguards, dual heat controller to power heated jacket liner and or pants!!, Stebel 136DB horn, K&N air filter, colour matched Baglux tank cover (magnetic tank bag modified to fit cover), osram +50% headloight bulbs, headlight protector,"NitramSpecial" parking loight, tail light indicators all running on LED's & incorporate "Lite Buddies", MK7 Scottoiler fitted, taller screen, 2-2 stainless steel CCC's, Devil stainless down pipes. MKI Renntec engine crash bars & sump guard.
engine changed july 2007 on a dyno run it made 79.1BHP / Torque 59.9Had a brief flirtation with a 1999 MKIIa but it blew an exaust valve on the M5 so was sold on to be repaired.

I loike tay and hang sangwiches !

Only took about hour or so. No parts to finish the other job, so I got on with it. Posted already.

2002 900 silver,oil pressure switch with brass 90 degree conversion, RG fork protectors. Wilburs custom made rear Shock with remote hydraulic preload and RG shocktube, Wilburs front springs. Scotoiler with a custom made swing arm delivery unit. Silicone radiator hoses.BMW 1150 handguards with Touratech extensions, Carbon Fibre yoke cover and fender extenda, MRA flip screen, Yamaha Engine bars, SW Motech Centre Stand, Kappa wingrack three box Luggage with E21's as option from the K960 boxes, Zumo 660 satnav on Touratech mount, Led Voltage monitor, Baglux tank cover, Clear LED Rear light, Aux LED brake light, Stainless rear axle nut, stainless chain adjusters, stainless wheel spacers front and rear, Probolt Polished Stainless Flanged Hex engine screws, Polished stainless fairing screws, stainless disc bolts. Titanium brake pins front, Probolt Titanium Flanged Hex Front Caliper Bolts & Rear caliper slide pins.<p>Top Sellerie double gel pad seat. Carbon Fibre inner dash and side infill panels. Looks good (both the bike and Lee's handiwork).

 

I've also got shortened dogbones and lowered pegs.  It was a while ago I did it but I'm pretty sure I rotated the gear selector one notch and didn't have any issues with it, I guess maybe my drop is a bit less than yours.  My only slight annoyance is I have the brake pedal a fraction higher than I'd like it as if I drop it any lower it hits the exhaust when I try and apply the brake.  Wasn't a problem with the standard exhaust but the Fuel's must sit a little bit higher.  Could be easily overcome with a brake lever in a slightly different shape but I've lived with it for several years now.

 

I tried handle bar raisers with the standard bars and it didn't really feel much different so I went back to standard.  Not tried Renthals though.  I really should get round to fitting mirror extenders though.

Thanks. Gear selector can (must) be rotated one notch with lower pegs, as there is not enough adjustment in the link bar. Two notches is no-go, though.

Do get the extenders. New world!

I found the sheeps works well for touring together with an air dork. Which is the same combos as your inflatable sheeps I suppose.


What is an air dork, then? Tried googling it. Got every variety of dork except airy ones.

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.

Found this in my mailbox today, courtesy of Mr. Henty. My day certainly picked up immediately!

Beautiful, and a perfect fit. Gear selector is back to its original spline position, giving the arm more clearance in the middle.

Also I found that the gear pedal pivot was well and truly gummed up. A good cleaning and lubrication later the gear shifts are noticably smoother, and the pedal adjusted perfectly.

Bonjour M.Henty. désolé de passer par le forum pour vous poser des questions mais mes messages en MP n'aboutissent pas apparemment 😔...Produisez-vous toujours ces biellettes de selecteur? En effet, je suis un géant français qui a rabaissé ses cales pieds et maintenant le selecteur est trop haut, je dois donc le descendre et je suis déjà au max du réglage...Merci beaucoup pour vos renseignements et à bientôt GG de Bordeaux ✌️
