2002 900 silver,oil pressure switch with brass 90 degree conversion, RG fork protectors. Wilburs custom made rear Shock with remote hydraulic preload and RG shocktube, Wilburs front springs. Scotoiler with a custom made swing arm delivery unit. Silicone radiator hoses.BMW 1150 handguards with Touratech extensions, Carbon Fibre yoke cover and fender extenda, MRA flip screen, Yamaha Engine bars, SW Motech Centre Stand, Kappa wingrack three box Luggage with E21's as option from the K960 boxes, Zumo 660 satnav on Touratech mount, Led Voltage monitor, Baglux tank cover, Clear LED Rear light, Aux LED brake light, Stainless rear axle nut, stainless chain adjusters, stainless wheel spacers front and rear, Probolt Polished Stainless Flanged Hex engine screws, Polished stainless fairing screws, stainless disc bolts. I think it is the case that the Japs got theirs going only to find a better system elsewhere (which they bought). Bit like Brits trying to be first to the South Pole!

Some years ago a British firm made and sold leaning sidecars, but can't for the life of me remember their name. I believe they were aimed at youngsters who were being pushed down onto ever smaller bikes by legislation, whereas they could ride bigger engined bikes with three wheels.

I quite the look of it but Ive kinda got too old to be bothered replacing things just cos Im bored with them. Anyhoo, Im not bored with the TDM, even after 12 years. Besides that, it aint broke. If it broke, Lee and BSM would fix it fer me. 
You don't need balls to ride a big bike.

Looks like a perfect bike for the emergency services - massive grip even in terrible weather and can carry tonnes of gear. I wouldnt be surprised if we see some 3-wheeled rozzers coming our way soon. That might make it a more (or less?) attractive proposition to the man on the street.
Like being back to the noddy bikes in the US.

I liked it a lot but it's the price and potential issues down the road. I can only afford two bikes, the Nikken doesn't offer me enough to displace my TDM,although I considered it seriously. MT 09 engines have had cam chain tensioner issues too.

Now seems to have been removed from ebay, I guess the scam idea was spot on.
