Thanks, is it a repeatable swap without the need for special machining of new parts, other than say swapping the head stems ? Any particular model of donor better than another ?

Ohlins, PC3, fuel cut defeat, +4deg timing, 17" front wheel.

it looks good but I dont think functionally its any better than the original forks, the hardest part was machining a new front axle to fit new forks/original wheel.
I seem to remember they were from an 07 triumph , at some point later bikes got stiffer springs which would make them less suitable.
