G'day guys good.gif what a fabulous welcome, thanks Tony, Kris & Mick.

What a fun night guys.

I'm still having trouble with 3's mobile signal where I've been travelling despite what they have told me, think I will change over to vodafone before not too long.

Weather has been fantastic .................... all this sunshine ...... amazing. No snow at all Pict.

So far we've hanging around Herefordshire, then slipped down to Cheddar & over to Clovelly to my ancestrial past & Sunday we're off .heading north to Harogate.

Not sure when I can access interenet again with our tight schedule.

Cheers

We made it to my mate's place in northern Scotland late yesterday although he had to tow us the last few hundred metres into Milltown of Edinvillie due to icy roads.

Currently -5C outside and so relaxing in the warmth with the snow falling, sheep grazing, ponies feeding & the occasional fox running across the field outside the kitchen window while sipping smooth quality whisky. How better can life get? Not sure how we will get out up the hill again, but at this stage who cares.

I really appreciated receiving the official UK TDM cake thanks Tony, Kris & Mick

Fantastic effort by RS Rockett, Rob & Angie to meet up for a quick chat in Harrogate, thanks guys, wonderfull to meet you.

The official TDM welcoming cake is now frozen after leaving in the car overnight, but really appreciated receiving it thanks guys.

After new years we will be in the Lake District for a few days.

Gave 3 mobile the flick and now on vodafone 07796345392 if anyone wants to say g'day.

Cheers
Kym

Marooned ........... not even Dave's Range Rover could move further than 3 foot, so yesterday was a day of shovelling snow & ice off the car & the driveway.

We've managed to arrange for a local tractor driver to tow us out of the valley & onto the A95 this morning.

Periodically messages have been received on my mobile, but I've been unable to ring back as the signal is very poor here in the valley.

But hopefully later today we should be "on the road again"
