It seems there is something different at the projector I have, there seems to be too little room in the housing, when I try to close the unit the glas is touching the projector
So now what?
Are the projector you used different than the ones I have? Any ideas?

you will have to adjust the reflector at the most close to the rear cover point...
then you will be able to close the housing. the room left is indead tiny...
even if the glass is touching the projector you shouldn't bother...

Nice video, I'm still working on mine but I didn't have much time for it lately. Busy at work 
But the projectors are in place, did some of the wiring already, pity the wiring isn't very well discribed in the instalation manual, there are for example two blue and two white wires for low and high beam, but which one of the two blue ones is + and which one is-?
