Cheers :)

So fitted my Hel lines, good job they are +10/20mm, like to reuse old rubbers that are not required on other jobs, like the hoses to be fixed right, also cut a spiral into some rubber hose to help any rubbing, plus service up the calipers while they are off :)

Yesterday I got the scottoiler working. Yet to see if it's going to work nice or drench the chain.

It does a bit of both unless you keep tinkering with the flow rate. It's very sensitive to temperature changes.

Gotta agree muddy, mine always throws a bit of fling, always has but without issue, and others seem to work just fine depositing only where it's meant to be, one day i'm having a posh Tutoro me thinks, gravity fed, think the boss has one.

Thanks dablik. Oil is checked, chain is lubed. bag is packed. Tomorrow I'll check tyre pressure and fill up. I will not take a camera with me, because the trips I'm joining will be riding, riding, riding, fuel, riding....

a bit of flng keeps the undercarriage nice and greasy, as mechanic said to the bishop. I'm hoping it's gone some way to protecting me nether regions

Fitted new titanium front brake caliper bolts, new front pegs, powerbronze fender extenda, adjusted the chain (happy days, the adjusters weren't seized but i'll fit new ones soon anyway), couple of odd stainless allen screws to the brake brackets and front fender to replace a few rusty 'uns...............located the engine bars I'd taken off when I got the bike and gave them a polish up before planning to refit them sometime soon and design a sump guard to locate on the engine bars somehow.

got the bike MOT'd this morning

Advisory's on front Tyre - i have one on a spare rim to replace.

Advisory's on front and rear brake disk - gonna be an expensive do

Advisory that chain was slack - well it would be with its arse end up in the air balanced on the side stand !

Then went to me dads and fit a new scottoiler tube, just need one of them nice dual injectors thingymabobs now, the old tube was so mucky I couldn't see if it was coming out or not. and that doesn't help when I've never been sure if I set it up right or not.

Also, thanks to me dad, messed about with some exhaust link pipes, managed to make a few cuts and position things in place, just needs a couple of angers and sleeve clamps and it'll be done.

Finally I also fit my new SW Motech center stand. I keep trying to forget how much it cost but I just cant. to rub salt in the wound, the day after I gave in and ordered it, I saw the post with the chap in Poland who is selling his new and cheap!

Oh well, its done and its on now, and its so easy to lift onto the stand !
