Looking into getting another bike after a couple of years layoff and a TDM looks to be just the ticket, reasonable to insure but with enough grunt to keep me happy wink.gif

Lot's of info here to keep me busy for a while, so see ya round the forums....

Evening,

I'm Mark, currently living in Worcester and will be picking up a green 1997 TDM850 on Saturday.

Now to show my ignorance - It's the one with the round headlamps - not sure of the model designation, but always liked the shape
I work in sunny London so the TDM will be the tool of choice for my runs down to work. It's already got heated grips, and I've just ordered soem Kedo hand guards. Top box, luggage rack and engine bars next on the shopping list.

And the TDM will be in good company keeping my Fireblade (hooning tool) company in the garage - Stops the missus fitting too much more crap in there!!! smile.gif

Hi all! I'm in Japan but I just Carped, a 98' with a Devil pipe, ally engine bars, Givi box and screen and HID.

Silver and gold, with 39Km on the clock. ( I don't know what that is in old money)

Gonna have to do the fork seals.

Used to have a Ducati, but they don't even put the cylinders on straight.

Just off to the cake shop but I've got lots of questions.

Laters!
