Is this the o-ring you mean Chris?There's an o-ring on the coolant pipe that comes out through the top of the rocker cover that you'll want to replace.

Annoyingly it now looks like I'll only be able to come for the morning. I only had one thing in my cllendar for the whole of March, and now Iv'e got 3 things on the same flipping day!

The M6 allen screw that holds it in tends to fill with water in the socket hole and corrode, so change it for a nice stainless one.
I'll bring plenty of stainless and stuff.
Swmbo is going to bake extra cake supplies. Probably bend the back axle with all this extra cake and that

Unfortunately Ali I won't be able to make it now. I'm flying out to France to help my mate with his house refurb on the 23 March. Shame as I would've liked to have watched how the valve check was done and got my injectors balanced as well. I hope somebody takes a few pictures of the procedure to put up in the knowledge base.
