Just checked with My Hermes and they are quoting £5.79 for 2-5kgs. A centre stand isn't going to be more than 5kgs.

I think thats great. I know there was talk of someone coming north at beltane time and they could deliver.....but im heading to Tadcaster that same morning so unless we met halfway (tough to arrange and not have one of the parties waitung about) ......probably best to post at your convenience and let me know the cost to pay via the same method ☺

Delivery has arrived and I am just sorting now. Kelpie has already been to collect her rack. Can anyone who has not done so, please pm me your address.
I have mentioned elsewhere, but I have a full luggage set for a 900 with monokey for £95 plus postage. I will unwrap and take some pics.

Very pleased with the monokey rack, thanks Ali. Had to add a couple of washers under the locating pins for a perfect fit and replaced the rubber dampers with spare givi ones I had and it's perfect.

Hope you are all happy with your purchases. My place is finally ceasing to look like a bike shop. Only 2 stands left waiting on delivery. We ended up buying 21 items. I think I am popular with Rafal at RMG.

Got the racks fitted dinner time, well pleased. All fitted easily with everything supplied, other than tools. Big thanks to Ali for arranging.  :good:

Hope this helps anyone thinking of buying, only thing I could fault is the finished is a little damaged through postage, possibly could have been packed better but I'm picking holes. 

 

Anyone need a Givi monlock rack and a Kappa top box?

My centre stand arrived today. It looks like a smashing bit of kit with lovely clean welding (as a 'recreational' welder I do like to look at these things). Hopefully I'll get it fitted over the weekend.

Ali, could you ask him if he can knock up some racks so I can fit my Zega panniers to my 900? I can provide all the pannier dimensions, the hoop dimensions, etc. I still have the complete set up I had on my last two bikes and miss the convenience of my 'tins'.

Will do, Jim. That's Touratech isn't it? I recall somebody trying to sell me those at at an exhibition and when I humoured him, they didn't have a fitting kit for a 900 anyway. Do you want it in a similar style to the racks that we got recently? The pics on the yellow bike were posted on here. It is just the panniers without top box fitting?

Yes, that's right Ali, they're the original Touratech Zega's, not the new ones, and yes, just side racks - they're just tubular, no side plates which might be easier to fabricate. No top box mounting or back rack required thanks.

I'll get some photo's of the fittings and pm some dimensions over to you.
