The last (planned) preparations have been made to the boike. Dazzo's mint de-rail-ear fitted, new (as I could find) chainset with nearly new small and mid and brand new orig big sprock. Brand new rear cassette. Brand new orig spec chain. New bottom bracket as it was competely stuffed.
What an incredible, fantastic wonderful difference all of that and several hours of adjustment (as addictive as wheel balancing) have made. Round and round and......oohhh.

I'll whizz him one up if he gives me dimensions and any threads required. might have to put up with a stainless one tho' at these small dimensions. could put spigots on the end so it still fits the balancer.

Started to El test pack this El morning. Goin for a few days el testrun this weekend.
Since it took me about 5 hours to adjust one set of brake blocks, ya can imagine how long tis gonna take to pack and load everything so its right.

MKI Renntec engine crash bars & sump guard.
engine changed july 2007 on a dyno run it made 79.1BHP / Torque 59.9Had a brief flirtation with a 1999 MKIIa but it blew an exaust valve on the M5 so was sold on to be repaired.
