right chaps, I've been on the phone to Dom this morning.
The cost for camping is £10 pppn, this includes toilet facilities, showers, phone charging points and firewood for the open fires (although there will be a charge of £4 per bag of extra firewood, but this would only be required if the fire was likely to run after midnight)
Day visitors to the site would be asked to leave before 10.00pm, this however will not apply to members of our group who are B+B'ing.
There will be hot drinks, cooked food etc up until 9.30pm, the bar will be open until 11.00pm.
Breakfast will be available from 7.30am.
I would like to suggest that we all that we take advantage of the on-site food and drink.
On the Saturday night the site will be being used as a checkpoint on the National Road Rally ( http://www.nationalr.../2015/index.php), which should be interesting.
Dom has asked if it would be possible for me to send a deposit. Given that everyone will be paying for themselves I am struggling to think of the best way to achieve this, any ideas ? I don't think not sending a deposit would be a deal breaker, but I appreciate Dom's dilemma in that if he gets a load of gear in then folk don't turn up because of bad weather it would leave him out of pocket.
I will be speaking to him again in a couple of weeks, let me know if there is anything else you need clarifying.

If it's only a tenner a night each how much deposit does he want? Would it be a hassle to all send him a deposit? Alternatively if a few paid full price now it would give him enough of a total deposit.

Would be nice to see a price list for food & drink, also what's on offer on his website (not trying to be a party pooper).
As for deposit. I'm easy.
