Got mine yesterday too! I ordered a tank bag as well but they forgot to send it! Hopefully it's on it's way now though.

What Have You Done To Your Tdm Today?

At 6:55 in the morning, coming to work from ten inches of snow (and still snowing) - this is a provoking question.

Did you ride in the snow ?

I know someone in Norway, inside the arctic circle,, a female music teacher in a primary school, who fits studded tyres to her maxi scooter and rides all year round....making us real riders look like wimps.

After doing this she jumps on a scooter with studded tyres and an apron over her lower half and rides on the ice  !

Is this why Norwegian men are known to get depressed ?  ;)

No, I didn't. The closest I've been a bike lately was carpe  :sorry:

Yeah, I know a few driving at winter, too. Small(ish) bikes like DRZ400, studded tires. Methinks it would be a better idea in the countryside where you roads would be covered with snow and Ice for long periods. Where I live (near Oslo), bigger roads are salted in the winter making them full of mud-like, moist goo. On the smaller roads, you may find a thin ice coating when conditions are right. I guess even studs aren't sufficient under these conditions. If you need to, of course, it would be possible. It just doesn't look that fun.....

Is this why Norwegian men are known to get depressed ?   ;)

yeah, we HATE the piano !  :pimp:

Picked up the footrest hangers from powder coat today and got them fitted up. Going to need to tidy up mounting bolts with some satin black hammerite as stainless alteratives seem to be non existent.
