Yup. Fortunately the bigger images seem to right themselves.

if you carefully ream out the lug hole to 8mm you can fit a collar to stop it being over compressed by the screw. This is what cracks lugs over tightening.

5mm wel nuts can be got from here. Keep a supply as the little buggers seem to disappear for good into the fairing, usually at the crucial moment, like when you haven't got any more and want your screen back on.

M5 short grip is what you want. Always had good quality ones from here.

Oil and filters changed on both mine and Kelpie's bikes. K&N's went in nicely. We swapped bar risers when Kelpie bought her new TDM. As Kelpie's tank bag doesn't go well with bar risers, she's nicking the bar clamps back off mine! Indian giver. Going to order originals for mine as I have very long arms.

Ordered new inner dash panel so once that arrives, that's the next job along with a good tidy up of the electrics.

Not really got a clue, How's half of what a new one is plus postage?

Won't be for a couple of months I'm guessing, Zero-Limits have got to make the nice new one first.

Just looked on A J Sutton and theirs are £75.

How's £40 plus p&p get ya?

Although if p&p is half a kingdom, I can drop it off when I'm up that way.

I thought you were considering carbon the other day, there is a firm in germany that make carbon sides panels too but that's going a bit too far.

I was, I was going to look at yours first. But the grey plastic just ain't cutting it now. :pimp:

Yes the German firm are HF Carbon, who did my headlight fairing, we'll see how that fits first!

The side panels are nice but you'd have to paint them because that much carbon on show is just rude. :punishment:
