I was contemplating going missing as the 24hr return fery ticket is only about €70 quid but the missus was working the weekend and the kids wont mind themselves. Fair play for doing an open house.... Looks like a great day was had...

I've already posted this in the bashing section, although it's quite the opposite. I'm highlighting good service.
During the course of the tinkering day on Sunday, we identified why my Roxter heated grips weren't working. The control unit is goosed (thanks ChrisG for your help). I bought the kit from 2Wheel Junkie just over a year ago, although it was several months before I actually got round to getting them fitted. I sent them an email today enquiring if they could supply me a new controller and got a reply back from Paul telling me to return the controller and they will replace it. That's what I call service. Oh, for those of you who don't know, Roxter are an Oxford Products brand.
It's nice to deal with a company that values your business and I for one, will make sure I check them out when I'm looking for stuff.

BTW: My oil light came on today, this is after I have checked yesterday. Put a bit in.

That's good news Ali. Don't forget to buy some araldite before you take the faring off to fit it.
