There is an American cemetery at St James which you ride past on the way down, plus a German ossuary for a comparison!

Did you do the submarine pens at St Nazaire when you were across last time?

Vannes/Golfe de Morbian is very pleasant as is Le Roche Bernard

If we don't want to do anything WW2 related, we could go to Reminiac via Le-Mans ??

Got E111 and Carole Nash for insurance. No travel insurance as I can't see the need.....

I'll be taking a PAYG sim for my phone so no nasty surprises!

So I've paid for the ferry, owe Cats £27.50 for the bunk

Paid £10 deposit and owe £? for the BnB?

Taking €300 with me.Any other costs I've forgotten about?

Also who has PMR Radios?

E111 - yep
Insurance - covered
Breakdown - I'll get it through the insurance policy at the end of March so I'll only pay for a couple of months worth up until renewal time
Ferry - booked & cabin paid
Cash reserve - retrieve from under mattress
No PMR but I do have bluetooth

Looks like I've got a passout from the boss, so I'll take Gblasta's slot (ooo err misses).

Do I need to settle up any cash with anyone if I do ?

Is there still a spare bunk somewhere and can someone remind me of the ferries that I'll need to book ?

(Again all provisional, not fixed in stone)

Arrive Le Havre @ 07:00 Thursday Morning.

Travel from Le Havre to Mont St Michel (220KM)

Meeting Babus123 there or at his home who lives nearby.

Mont St Michel to our Hosts Leslie & Ken, Reminac (150KM)

Friday:
Quiberon. (100KM direct routing*) Google Earth this as it's a stunning location. *Direct routing, we can do some twistys there and back if required rolleyes.gif

Saturday:
U Boat Pens. Port St Nazaire (90KM) plenty of time to explore other areas if we want to.

Sunday:
Travel home. Last year was a bit of a sprint at the end and losing AliG right at the last few clicks was upsetting.
For me I would like a medium run back enjoying the sights but some time in case of any issues.

Please comment or suggest other ideas if you feel like it. And of course if you just want to go out and blast for the duration.....!
