Toni's been at it again today. Whilst I've been making a big batch of Shepherds Pie ( some to drop off at a friend's place who has the dreaded Covid), she was busy making some cakes and a couple of Fruit Crumbles.

I have it on very good authority that the way to make the cakes exceptionally moist is to add a spoon and a half of yoghurt. I can vouch for the fact it works.

Met up with a couple of mate for run this morning, and one of them brought breakfast...
1992 Mk1, 76k miles, Hagon springs, MTC exhaust, 4½ gears Gone now 
2009 900 abs, 42k miles, Yamaha heated grips, double bubble screen, R&G crash bungs, scottoiler, Autocom, 1500 lumen LED spotlights.

The Haygates flour is pretty good. At least, their strong white is, as that's what I've ben using for my bread making.

If you chuck some eggs in before you set off it'll be nicely mixed by the time you get home.
