spyball alarm/immob, bluespot brake calipers and Stainless hoses, Fournales air adjustable shock with Remote Resevoir, forks raised 10mm thru yokes, racetech linear fork springs in 15 wt oil, Kappa wingrack/luggage, heated grips, Kedo handguards, dual heat controller to power heated jacket liner and or pants!!, Stebel 136DB horn, K&N air filter, colour matched Baglux tank cover (magnetic tank bag modified to fit cover), osram +50% headloight bulbs, headlight protector,"NitramSpecial" parking loight, tail light indicators all running on LED's & incorporate "Lite Buddies", MK7 Scottoiler fitted, taller screen, 2-2 stainless steel CCC's, Devil stainless down pipes. MKI Renntec engine crash bars & sump guard.
engine changed july 2007 on a dyno run it made 79.1BHP / Torque 59.9Had a brief flirtation with a 1999 MKIIa but it blew an exaust valve on the M5 so was sold on to be repaired.

Catsbum i dunno how i stand as regards the possibility of transferring my ferry booking to someone else as it's prolly 'non transferable' but if i can i will pass it on FOC so some soul gets to use it, also my deposit money is unimportant so hang onto it and have a glass of Vino on moi. Have a noice time chaps. Now where did i put those aunty depressants !!

As far as the Ferry ticket goes you will need to look at your Terms & Conditions to see if it can be transferred. I think if you explain the situation then they will be supportive

I guess next weeks talks will be the decider Dave. If they fail and then unite give a weeks notice of strike action it'll drop in right at the wrong moment.

I'm round East Anglia and South East coast over Easter just hoping the garages have still got fuel but the weekend after that Devon, Cornwall and Dorset are booked may have to cancel. bummer

As regards the fuel situation, all we need do is ensure we have enough fuel to get to Portsmouth coz we can fill up in France. Now, I know you guys up north have further to travel but my guess is that as there is not going to be a strike until after Easter at the earliest, which gives plenty of time to fill up the bike tank plus a separate plastic 5L can (or two) which can be strapped to your pillion seat. This should give you a range in excess of 250 miles if you ride carefully, approx distance from Manchester to Portsmouth.
