Counting down the days !  :clapping:

Trophy all polished and just getting the last few weeks of it sitting on my desk to go before it leaves Bonny Scotland for the long way down trip !

For anyone considering stoves/brew kit, I can highly recommend one of these :-

https://www.alpkit.com/products/brukit

Its a clone of a Jetboil and just as good but for around a third of the price. Its very high quality, can boil up in mere minutes and can be fully packed away including the gas can into the main chamber. I use mine all the time on trips and travels. 3yr guarantee too which isnt bad.

See you all there.

Dave,

As per my message earlier this week, can you put me down please. I have a couple of question:

1) What is the latest I can arrive on Friday evening and set up tent? Leaving Cambridgeshire around 18.00hr so expected to be with you by 21.00hr given traffic etc.

2) if too late, is there still option for B&B/Hotel Friday night and maybe camp on Saturday night?

3) As you know TDM is being sold, so I am turning up with Super Tenere, is this still okay?

Fil.

Filippo, Drew, the more the merrier, too late to take deposits now. Price is £10 per tent per night, to be collected by me at the event. Can't see any problems with turning up at 9.00pm Fil. I'll take responsibility for ordering your food and beer while your erecting your tent.
Might be on my S10 and there will be 2 others that I know of, so no worries on that front either.

Yep. Will be in attendance but unsure of time of departure. What time do you think you will be passing Carlisle

Not sure for definite Sam but I'll probably look to leave no later than 10am from mine so that puts me at Carlisle about 11:15 latest. Penrith about 11:45~12:00 depending on fuel stops. Would look to get to Doms about 4/5pm.
